We are aware that many organizations, colleges and other institutions may wish to access the Crockford web site from a number of different computers (e.g. individual tutors, secretaries, library staff, in libraries or IT suites).

To meet this demand, and reduce the costs for organizations and institutions, we have set up a multiple subscription scheme which allows an organization to access the Crockford web site from a number of machines.

The costs per annum for multiple subscriptions are as follows:

1 machine                £30 (normal individual subscription) 
2 - 29 machines        £20 per machine
30 - 59 machines      £15 per machine
60+ machines          Special situation - please contact us to enquire

Organizations wishing to take advantage of this scheme should email electronic.publishing@c-of-e.org.uk and confirm:

a) the number of machines requiring a licence;
b) the invoice contact details, contact name and telephone number;
c) the email address (usually a generic institutional email address) and password (must be at least 5 characters long) that the organization would like to use to access the site.

We will then issue an invoice, and once payment of the invoice has been received and cleared, you will be notified that your subscription is active. At this point, the licensed machines will have unlimited access to crockford.org.uk using the generic user name and password for a period of twelve months.
